I’m a ‘work in progress’ – a veil has lifted. I am more grounded at my core. I am more mindful of my surroundings and my eating habits have improved. I notice improvement in concentration and boundary setting, and taking risks in establishing new and old friendships. I feel I now have choices. I am also able to risk ‘going with the flow’ rather than retreating.
The process has taught me the importance of keeping my cup full, taking care of me first and being able to consider asking for help, which is a new thought process for me.
The healing after completing TRTP seems to continue in various ways. The process resembles the butterfly effect – from cocoon to butterfly, young girl to woman.
I still have a long way to go, however to experience what I have so far and in times of a pandemic, at one of the most difficult times in my life, is extraordinary.
